Completion procedures of construction

In accordance with the provisions of the Construction Technical Regulation  STR 1.05.01:2017, a representative of the directorate participates in construction completion commissions formed by the State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate.

In such a commission, the directorate representative verifies the compliance of structures designed within the territory of the Vilnius Castle Complex State Cultural Reserve with the essential decisions of the building project, which implement the requirements set out in:

• Planning documents of the Vilnius Castle State Cultural Reserve territories;
• Regulations of the Vilnius Castle State Cultural Reserve;
• Other legal acts regulating activities within the territory of the Vilnius Castle State Cultural Reserve.

The completion procedures for structures are carried out remotely by submitting the necessary documents through the „Infostatyba“ information system.
