Remote service tools

Besides traditional communication tools (mobile communication, email, messaging via  Messenger application) the directory uses the following remote customer service tools (information systems):

  • Submit documents (applications, complaints, etc.) through E. Delivery;
  • Perform territory planning procedures through TPDRIS;
  • Conduct construction procedures through  Infostatyba*.

We invite you to use these systems. More information on how to use them can be found on the websites of these systems.
