The territory of Vilnius Castles

 

The territory of the Vilnius Castles State Cultural Reserve is located right in the center of Vilnius city and includes well-known landmarks such as Cathedral Square, Gediminas Hill, Kalnai Park, and others. The boundaries of the Vilnius Castles Reserve territory were confirmed by the resolution No. XIII-273 of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania on April 4, 2017. In the appendices of this resolution, you can find the precise boundaries of the Vilnius Castles Reserve territory with centimeter accuracy. You can also familiarize yourself with the boundaries of the Vilnius Castles State Cultural Reserve territory in the State Cadastre of Protected Areas of the Republic of Lithuania. As of today, the Vilnius Castles Reserve territory covers an area of about 54.8 hectares. The reserve includes the following address objects:
