I plan to install advertising banners

According to the provisions of The Advertising law, installing outdoor advertising within the territory of the Vilnius Castles State Cultural Reserve is allowed only with the approval of the Directorate.

The final permit to install outdoor advertising is issued by the Vilnius City Municipality Administration. Approvals for outdoor advertising are submitted remotely by providing the necessary documents to the Directorate through the E. Delivery information system.

Approvals are granted or denied no later than within 20 working days. It should be noted that the Directorate manages the territory of the Vilnius Castles State Reserve by the right of trust, therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Article 12, paragraph 1, point 4 of The Advertising law, to install advertising that involves land or water surface, it is necessary to obtain the prior consent of the Directorate as the land manager.

Such consent is granted or denied no later than within 20 working days from the submission of the request to the Directorate through the  E. Delivery information system.
