Review of Construction Projects

In accordance with the provisions of the construction technical regulations STR 1.05.01:2017 , the directorate examines projects of all types of structures planned within the territory of the Vilnius Castle State Cultural Reserve. During the review, it is determined whether the decisions of the construction project comply with the requirements established in:

• Planning documents of the Vilnius Castle State Cultural Reserve territories;
• Regulations of the Vilnius Castle State Cultural Reserve;
• Other legal acts regulating activities within the territory of the Vilnius Castle State Cultural Reserve.

The procedures for reviewing construction projects are conducted remotely by submitting the necessary documents through the „Infostatyba“ information system. The review deadlines are established in the Construction Law, taking into account the category of the planned structure.
