Special Requirements for the Preparation of a Construction Project

In accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law, the Directorate, based on applications submitted by the Vilnius City Municipality, issues special management and protection requirements for the preparation of a construction project when construction works are planned within the territory of the state cultural reserve of Vilnius castles. The issuance of these special requirements is regulated by the  Description of Special Requirements, Special Architectural Requirements, and Special Requirements for the Management and Protection of the Protected Area, approved by the order of the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania dated January 6, 2017, No. D1-22.

These procedures are carried out remotely by submitting the necessary documents through the   „Infostatyba“ information system. Special requirements are issued or refused within 7 working days.
