Issuance of Territorial Planning Conditions

When a planned territory falls within the territory of the Vilnius Castle State Cultural Reserve, the organizer of territorial planning must obtain conditions for territorial planning issued by the Directorate, except in cases where the legislation does not provide for the issuance of such conditions.

Territorial planning conditions are issued remotely through the Republic of Lithuania's State Supervision Information System for the preparation of territorial planning documents and the territorial planning process (TPDRIS). The issuance or refusal to issue territorial planning conditions is carried out within the period specified in the specific rules for the preparation of territorial planning documents.
