The verification of spatial planning documents

Unless otherwise specified by legislation, representatives of the Directorate of the State Cultural Reserve of Vilnius Castles review prepared spatial planning documents when the planned territory falls within the reserve area.

All these actions are carried out remotely, submitting documents through the Republic of Lithuania's State Supervision Information System for the preparation of territorial planning documents and the territorial planning process (TPDRIS). The deadlines for document verification are determined by the specific rules for the preparation of spatial planning documents for each territory.
